What we collect

When you contact us through the inquiry form on this site (processed by Netlify Forms), we receive the information you submit: your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your inquiry, and your message. If you send us a résumé or CV through our web form, we receive that document and its contents.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and evaluate placement candidacy.
• To coordinate with school districts and the designated J-1 sponsor about a potential placement, only as needed for that purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers. Résumés are stored minimally and used only for placement evaluation.

Your choices

To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, submit a privacy request through our web form. We respond within a reasonable time.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted to our inbox through our hosting provider; email is not a fully secure channel, so please do not send highly sensitive documents (such as passports or government ID numbers) through the contact form — we will request what is needed through a secure channel if a placement moves forward.
