The job offer was the hard part. Everything after it is our part.
You've got the placement. Now comes the part nobody warns you about: the tax forms you've never seen, the bank that won't open an account without a Social Security number you don't have yet, the apartment you need before your first paycheck, the driver's license, the insurance, the phone plan. It's a lot — especially in a country you just arrived in.
So we bundled it. One package, seven pieces, every one handled by a specialist vertical in our family. You get a single point of contact and a checklist that actually gets checked off.
Seven pieces, one point of contact
1. Placement + immigration navigation
Your teaching placement through our J-1 International Teacher Program, plus immigration navigation — document checklists, interview preparation, and referrals to licensed immigration attorneys when your case needs one. Attorney costs pass through at cost, with no markup. Teachers pay Gaur Vision Group $0.
2. J-1 tax specialty
Landfall Tax handles the part most preparers get wrong: nonresident alien filing, Form 1040-NR, treaty benefits, and the two-year exempt window. Guidance first, filing as an add-on.
3. Arrival housing
Fee Simple Property Group lines up your short-term lease and roommate matching before you fly — so you land somewhere, not nowhere — and helps you transition to a permanent lease.
4. Banking & credit from zero
Anchorline Financial Group gets you your first U.S. bank account, a secured card, and a credit-building plan — starting before your SSN arrives, because waiting costs you months.
5. Car + auto insurance
Sticker Auto Group negotiates the car (where negotiation is actually possible — we'll tell you straight when it isn't, like fixed-price sellers), and Shieldline Auto Group shops your auto insurance across carriers.
6. Health insurance navigation
Lumen Health Navigation walks you through your coverage options — what your district offers, what it doesn't, and what gaps to close before you need care.
7. First-30-days concierge checklist
The unglamorous stuff that derails arrivals: your SSN appointment, DMV and driver's license, and a phone plan that works on day one. We don't just hand you a list — we walk it with you.
Bundle vs. buying it all separately
Here's what each piece would run if you bought it on its own — and what the bundle saves you. No tricks, just arithmetic.
Separate values are illustrative estimates for comparison only. The package is sold as the $1,200 bundle; add-ons are priced separately. Attorney consults are always passed through at cost.
Pick your pieces — watch the total
Only want some of it? Check the pieces you need plus any add-ons. The total updates as you go — and if your picks add up past the bundle price, we'll tell you the bundle's the better deal.

Add-ons
Your total: $0
Immigration attorney consults are passed through at cost — we'll quote it in writing before anything starts. Nothing here is a bill or an invoice.
One flat price — $1,200, optional
This package is a completely optional add-on. Your placement and our core services don't change whether you take it or not — it's there for teachers who want the whole landing handled in one place.
$1,200 flat for the full package: coordination across all seven pieces, the banking and credit plan, health insurance navigation, insurance shopping, arrival housing search, tax guidance, and the 30-day concierge checklist.
- Full car negotiation service — $500
- J-1 tax return filing (1040-NR) — $300
- Extended housing search beyond arrival — $300
- Licensed immigration attorney consult — passed through at cost, no markup
Who pays — your choice: the package can be paid by you or by your sponsoring district/employer. It is never required, and it is never deducted from your pay without your clear, written choice. Our standing policy still holds for everything else: placement and core services cost teachers nothing — you pay only third-party and government fees (visa fees, DMV fees, security deposits, and the like). The $1,200 package price is approved.
Ask About the Arrival PackageStraight talk before you sign anything
- No legal, tax, or immigration advice. We are consultants and navigators. Where the law requires a licensed professional — attorneys, CPAs or Enrolled Agents, licensed insurance agents — we bring one in or refer you to one.
- No guaranteed outcomes. We can't guarantee visa outcomes, placement timing, or approval of anything a government agency decides. Anyone who guarantees those things is selling something.
- No hidden markups. Attorney costs pass through at cost. Our fees are quoted upfront, in writing, before work begins.
- Pricing on this page is approved. Nothing here is a bill, an invoice, or an offer of securities.
